Votex Bison – Multi directional sideloader

Votex Bison manufactures electric multi directional sideloaders which are intended to move EURO pallets between tighlty positioned shelves and those specially designed for handling non-standard and very heavy loads. For Votex Bison each customer is a personal challenge, becouse each sidelouder is adapted to each customer's warehouse (floor material, dust levels, lifting height, lighting, weather effects, wearhouse door sizes etc.).

Sideloader control - Votex Bison multidirectional electric sideloaders are able to move in all directions. Hydraulic control reduces operationl problems, save warehause space and costs. It is very important that you can increase the storage and/ or production space capacity, as there is no need for large space between the shelves. Votex Bison has proven them selfs in more than 30 years that they are the best choise for non-standart product/ material lifting both indoors and outdoors. The powerful 80V AC motors are entirely maintenace free. The Votex bison brakes on the driving motors are without contact or wear and transmits the braking energy back to the battery. The parking brake works entirely automatic. The AC pump motor and intelligent regulation distributes the required energy on the basis of actual demand.

Optimal working area - The driver takes precedence and deserves the optimum working area. The spacious cabin with a good view in all important direction is standard for Votex Bison. Working well always starts with a good amd ergonomic working area. The cabins of the Votex Bison can be set eiter lengthways, sideways or diagonal. The clever display keeps the driver updated on his sideloaders current settings.

Unique ground stabilization system – Unique ground stabilization system with shock-absorbing "power bags" mounted under the frame. This means the sideloader is always firm and safe. Votex Bison has incorporated a unique leveling system into its sideloaders, not only does each wheel unit have a pendulum suspension, but they are also mounted on a liquid-filled "power bag". The law of communication vessels causes these shock absorbers in both suspension arms to ensure that the wheels always maintain maximum ground contact and that the chassis remains horizontal.

Forks - Votex Bison adjusts the forks according to the needs of each customer. Conventional forks ans "Swan type" forks, which can also be telescopic, are available. The forks van locates inside the frame, inside and outside the frame and just outside the frame.

Forks stabilization system - The fork stabilization system ensures that the product is positioned at the level regardless of the floor. The moving fork branch can move 10 cm above and below the stationary branch.
